The issue affecting the "Facebook Leads Ads - New Lead" module has been resolved. Leads are being fetched correctly. For customers impacted during the affected period (Monday, 27 January, 3:00 pm CET - Tuesday, 28 January, 12:30 pm CET), we will be sending out detailed email instructions on how to manually retrieve any missing leads using the "Watch Leads" module. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Monitoring
We identified the root cause of the issue in our infrastructure and have taken steps to mitigate it. Leads were not reliably delivered in the period of Monday 27 January 3:00 pm CET - Tuesday 28 January 12:30 pm CET. According to our telemetry, fetching of new leads using the “Facebook Leads Ads - New Lead” module is now working correctly. Leads that were not delivered during the affected period will not be automatically redelivered and users will need to fetch the data from Facebook Leads Ads manually, using the Watch Leads module. Users who have contacted our Customer Support team have been informed about the workaround. We continue monitoring the situation.

Investigating
We experience issues with the "Facebook Leads Ads - New Lead" module, not fetching new lead correctly. Our dev team is investigating the issue together with Meta team. However, it seems to be caused by Meta API problems, as users across various platforms are reporting the same issue in their community.
As of now, we do not have an estimated time for resolution, and we regret any inconvenience this issue may cause.
