AI agents are now again accessible from the UI for all customers. We are monitoring the situation before the incident will be concluded.

Update -
The fix has been completed and is getting ready to be deployed.
We identified the following workarounds:
1. Affected customers can still create new AI Agents directly from a scenario canvas. In order to create a new agent, create a new scenario, add the Make AI Agents -> Run an agent module. Then click the "Create agent" button.
2. Affected customers who need to modify the configuration of their existing AI agent can do so partially from the scenario canvas. In order to modify agent's configuration, navigate to the scenario from which a particular agent is called. Click on the Run an agent module to view agent's details and optionally modify them.

Identified -
Customers on eu1.make.celonis.com and us1.make.celonis.com zones cannot access the AI Agents section in the product UI. Existing AI agents continue to run as expected. Team identified the root cause of the issue and is working on a fix.
